No refunds will be made for accommodation, transport, sightseeing, meals or services not utilized.
In case of cancellation of any tour by company, actual amount paid by the guest/s shall be refunded to the guest/s.
Minimum booking of the tour for operating a group tour, there must be minimum 20 guests booked on the same tour and the same date. In an event of cancellation of tour because of non-fulfilment of minimum criteria, guests shall be intimated in advance through sms, telephone or email.
In case, if the tour does not materialize and still the guest wishes to continue with the same tour, on the same date, the tour shall be operated on individual basis without tour manager and on map basis.
Insurance is not included in the tour cost. Usually, overseas med claim insurance covers hospitalization, medical emergencies and loss of passport; hence the company strongly recommends that guests buy the insurance. Guest should settle all insurance claims with the insurance company. Company shall not be responsible for settlement of any claims for the guest as insurance is a separate service. The company does not have any control on these service providers.

The guests booking the tour should medically fit to travel on tour and also that aware about the tour programme and the different activities that shall be undertaken during the tour.
Whenever on tour, in case of any health emergency or health related issues, the guest/s shall solely be responsible to make their own arrangements on the tour for medical assistance.
Guest/s shall not expect the tour manager to pay full time attention and/or to provide any medical treatment. It is possible that the tour manager may be busy in his work for making arrangements for rest of the group.
Guest/s shall solely be responsible for any health related issues and arrangement of medical aid, if any. Tour manager will give his assistance for the same.
The payment paid to the company for the booking of tour is interest free, even the tour is been cancelled by the company.
The company reserves the right to cancel bookings even after the acceptance of the payment without assigning any reason. In such case company shall refund the money to the guest without any interest.
The company reserves the right to dismiss any guest from the tour for misbehaviour especially if it affects the group and physical or verbal.
The company reserves the right to change the routing of air / road travel and/or change hotel and/or tour programme without prior notice.
